psi-square: software for local clustering

Overview

psi-square is a program that does local clustering on vector data. Given a set of vectors and a query vector, it will look for vectors in the set that are similar to the query.

Availability

The psi-square program is freely available for academic use. It's implemented in pure Python and runs on all Python platforms, including Linux/Unix, Microsoft Windows, MacOS, etc.
