proteomics_csv.zip

This ZIP contain several subdirectories with additional subdirectories F1 .. F6 present with subdirectories "Bkgd Subtracted" and "No Bkgd". There are 14,358 files in these directories.

Each of these subdirectories contained a number of "CSV" files but really did NOT contain comma-separated-value information.  IT'S CONFUSING to call these CSV files when they are not.

proteomics_xml.zip

The XML directory structure was similar to the CSV directory structure and contained 14,502 files.
