Suzanne Vernon, CDC (4 Dec 2005 e-mail):

  • "There were 227 people/subjects eligible for the study."
  • "There are several SNP results for 10 genes on 225 people."

Background information:

Q:  What do the names of the tabsheets mean, i.e., COMT, CRHR1, CRHR2, MAOA, MAOB, NR3C1, POMC, SLC6A4, TH and TPH2?

A:  These apparently are some of the genes that are described in this paper:
"Genetic tests of biologic systems in affective disorders," Hattori, Lie, Zhu and Gershon, 2005, Molecular PsychiatryAbstract  PDF
