Example Datasets:

This is an example of human tag tables and analysis results.

Samples were 2 total RNA extracts:
  • FirstChoice Human Brain Reference RNA (Ambion): Lanes 1,2,5
  • Universal Human Reference RNA (Stratagene): Lanes 3,4,6,7
Reads were generated by the Illumina GA1.
Tag tables were generated using Ensembl's homo_sapiens_core_49_36k database.
Alignment was done with Eland.

Human_Tag_Tables.tar.gz contains not only the tag table fastas, but the pre-fasta tables and all associated reports.

Both Human_Tag_Tables and Interpreted_Reads unpack into a folder called 'homo_sapiens_core_49_36k'. Human_Tag_Tables contains all the output from pipeline step 1, including tag tables, mysql tables, and all reports.

There will be a comparison dataset posted soon, showing what the same Eland reads look like after alignment to the open genome.
